Whether you need regular support or urgent help, Kuremara is here for you.
When a loved one needs support to stay safe and independent, the right care arrangement matters more than anything else. Kuremara provides CQC-regulated home care across Greater London — from a short morning visit through to round-the-clock live-in support — tailored to what each person actually needs.
We cover everything from companionship and personal care to complex clinical needs, dementia support, respite for family carers, and same-day emergency cover.
‘We don’t just deliver care — we build relationships that protect dignity and routine.’

We deliver a broad range of personalised services, including:
Personalised support for clients with advanced medical conditions
Immediate care in urgent or unexpected situations
Flexible visits as per your schedule
Around-the-clock care in your home
Short-term relief for family or primary carers
Temporary relief for family carers
Every service is delivered with dignity, respect, and a genuine focus on improving quality of life.
A dementia diagnosis doesn’t always mean leaving home. Familiar surroundings are one of the most powerful supports for someone living with dementia or Alzheimer’s — the layout of the kitchen, the photograph on the mantelpiece, the morning light through the same window — and Kuremara’s dementia-trained carers help people stay safely in their own home for as long as it is right to do so.
Kuremara is a home care provider — we do not operate care homes. Our dementia and Alzheimer’s service is delivered exclusively in the person’s own home, either through a live-in carer who supports them around the clock, or scheduled visits throughout the day. For many London families, a live-in arrangement offers the close, structured support of a residential dementia setting without the upheaval of moving — one-to-one rather than shared attention, in the surroundings the person knows best.
What our London dementia care includes

Closely monitored by an external regulatory body

Taking the first step can be daunting, but we’re here to make it easier. Contact our friendly team today for a no-obligation chat about your requirements. We’ll listen, understand, and guide you through your options.
For some families, regular short visits are enough. For others, only a live-in carer or full 24-hour care will do. Kuremara delivers the full range of domiciliary care in London, so as needs evolve there’s no reason to switch provider mid-journey.
At Kuremara, we deliver more than care; we provide peace of mind. Our care packages are flexible, respectful, and built entirely around your individual needs. Here’s how we support families across London:
Hourly visits can start at 30 minutes and run to several hours a day. A regular Kuremara carer arrives to help with whatever is on the care plan — getting up and dressed, breakfast, medication prompts, a shower or bath, light housework, escorting to appointments, settling at night. Visits are scheduled around the routine that already works, not the other way around. Many of our London clients begin with two or three visits a week and increase as needs change.
A live-in carer moves in to provide one-to-one support around the clock, in the home the person already knows and loves. For many older Londoners this is a genuine alternative to a residential care home — keeping the pets, the garden, the local shops and the familiar routine, while having an experienced carer on hand day and night. Live-in care suits couples who want to stay together, people living with dementia, those recovering from a stroke or fall, and anyone whose condition is changing more quickly than a visiting schedule can accommodate. We match carers carefully to each client so that personality, language and shared interests all align.
Some health needs go well beyond traditional home care. Our complex care service in London supports people living with spinal-cord injuries, motor neurone disease, acquired brain injury, ventilation needs, PEG feeding, stoma care and catheter management. Care is delivered by trained nurses or specialist support workers, working from a clinical care plan agreed with the relevant community teams and consultants. We work closely with families and case managers on funded packages too, including NHS Continuing Healthcare and personal-injury settlement cases.
Caring for a relative is rewarding, but it’s also relentless. Respite care gives family carers a planned break — a long weekend, a fortnight’s holiday, time to attend to your own health, or simply the chance to sleep through the night. Kuremara provides respite as visiting hours, overnight cover or a full live-in handover, with one of our regular team or a specifically matched respite carer. Many families book a week of respite each quarter as a standing arrangement; others use us at short notice when something unplanned comes up.
Nights can be the most difficult time. Falls happen more often after dark, dementia symptoms can intensify, and unbroken sleep matters for everyone in the household. Kuremara offers two overnight options across London: a waking night carer who stays awake throughout the night to support frequent needs, and a sleeping night carer who sleeps at the home but is available to respond when needed. Either can be booked as a one-off, a regular weekly arrangement or as part of a wider 24-hour care plan.
When a regular carer falls ill, a hospital discharge comes through faster than expected, or a family member can’t get to a parent in time, Kuremara’s emergency cover service can usually start the same day across most London postcodes. Call 0330 111 5400 and a care advisor will assess what you need, dispatch a vetted carer and put a temporary care plan in place. Emergency cover often becomes the start of a longer-term arrangement once the immediate situation has settled.
We don’t just provide care—we create meaningful relationships. At Kuremara, our experienced care professionals are dedicated to making every visit count.
We don’t just deliver care, we build connections. Our caregivers are carefully chosen not only for their experience and training, but for their compassion, empathy, and genuine desire to make a difference.
We know London as home because it is our home. Whether you’re in Islington, Bromley, Ealing or Waltham Forest, our locally based carers are just around the corner, ready to respond when you need us most.
Every person is different. That’s why we take the time to truly understand your routine, preferences, and goals before creating a personalised care plan that puts you in control.
You’re never just a client to us. Families stay in the loop with clear updates, collaborative care planning, and open lines of communication every step of the way.

Visiting care in London typically starts from around £29 per hour, depending on visit length, time of day and the complexity of need. Live-in care is charged as a weekly rate that includes the carer's accommodation and meals. Complex care, waking-night care and emergency cover are priced according to the agreed care plan.
Some funding may be available through NHS Continuing Healthcare, local-authority direct payments or personal-injury settlements — we're happy to help you understand the options before you commit to anything.
Tell us about your situation and we'll come back within one working day with indicative pricing and an outline plan — no commitment, no jargon.
At Kuremara, we walk alongside you. We listen before we act. We adapt as your needs evolve. We’re not just carers, we’re allies in your journey to live a full, independent life at home.
When you choose Kuremara, you’re choosing a domiciliary care team that sees the person behind the plan, someone with history, hopes, and a future worth protecting.
